Samuel Spaid is a staff attorney with HOME Line. He has advised over 1,500 tenants. He began volunteering with HOME Line in 2007, putting in over 200 hours and becoming one of the top fifteen volunteers in HOME Line’s history. He has helped train and supervise over 100 volunteers, assists with managing HOME Line’s tenant hotline database, and gives presentations on Landlord/Tenant law.
