HOME Line attorneys have given over 50 speeches to landlord groups throughout Minnesota, covering a wide variety of landlord/tenant law topics.

HOME Line is offering landlord trainings on-site (or within a block of HOME Line’s office if a bigger space is necessary).  This two-hour training will be conducted by HOME Line’s Managing Attorney, Michael Vraa.  Mike has personally spoken to 40 different groups of landlords in his 14 years of experience as an attorney working exclusively on landlord/tenant law.

The speech, “What Every Landlord Should Know—What Tenants Won’t Tell You (even while they are moving out)” will focus on key issues that cause problems between landlords and tenants.  Topics to be covered will include:
